  • Support Windows workstations and servers
  • Support VmWare configurations and troubleshooting
  • Support VXworks and linux based voice switching equipment
  • Train Tier 1 & 2 staff and customers on network standards, and best troubleshooting skills
  • Develop training articles and documentation
